View & Respond to a brief

Genie works like a headhunter, taking a brief from a client and then using it’s fierce matching algorithm to find the best people for that brief.
You’ll only really hear from Genie when it has matched you to a brief. At this point, our client won’t know who Genie’s approached for their brief. Genie only shares talent who have responded that they are interested and available for that brief.
There are no job boards on Genie and clients can’t scroll through people in Genie’s network.
